Competencies and Other Requirements
The assessment process is made up of an initial on-line application form, accessed through this website. If you are successful at this initial stage you are invited to complete a second, more in depth application form. If successful at this stage you will be invited to an Assessment Centre. This will be a series of exercises, some individual and some group. The assessment of these exercises will be based on the criteria against which all Department Managers are performance assessed.
