Microsofts MACH programme (Microsoft Academy of College Hires), is a global graduate scheme. It takes graduates straight out of university and into three streams—Sales, Marketing, and Technology—and throughout the two year programme, you attend a number of training courses in Europe and the USA before finally going to the USA for Microsoft Global Exchange.
