There’s no one ‘type’ who succeeds at Sky. Some people are very technically minded – others brand orientated, financially focused or customer centric. But, we do ask for all our grads to be creative thinkers, commercially and customer focused and able to keep pace in a fast moving business. Teamwork and collaboration is also really important to us, as well as a willingness to take on responsibility and show plenty of initiative.
