Our training reflects the variety of situations in which people find themselves at work, such as working individually (analysing information, dealing with paperwork), one-to-one (interacting with colleagues, subordinates or customers) or in larger groups (working with others in a team).
We are committed to ensuring that every graduate who attends our premium assessment centre programme is fully prepared for the recruitment process and has the skills, confidence and self knowledge to succeed.
The Team
The Partners founded the business because we were shocked at the lack of support available to our own children to help them find their way through the recruitment maze.
Our Advisory Board comprises senior executives from major UK and international companies and this enables us to ensure that our training mirrors the recruitment processes that applicants will face.
