Jan Abbey
Jan is an accredited coach with the Association for Coaching and a qualified MBTI® practitioner. She is accredited in behavioural observation and assessment and holds a D32/33 assessors award. She is trained to feed back motivational, personality and behavioural data. She has qualified teacher status and is an engaging facilitator. Clients include: GSK, sanofi aventis, BT, DLA Piper, Microsoft, Lloyds TSB and RBS.
Jacqueline Black
Highly experienced and qualified Executive Coach. Senior HR business experience in both public and private sectors. Extensive experience of psychometric testing and assessment. Clients have included Fast Track Teaching, Royal Mail, AstraZeneca and Lloyds of London. Trains and accredits internal assessors in competency based interviewing and assessment centre exercises.
Margaret Buj
A senior recruiter with experience of recruiting across EMEA for leading organizations in the technology sector such as Microsoft, Cisco, Business Objects or TIBCO Software. Margaret is a skilled interviewer who provides interview and career coaching for graduates and senior management across a number of industries, both in the private and public sector. Margaret is also a Personal Performance Coach, who can help you develop your confidence and the ‘winning’ attitude that will make it easier for you to get the job you want.
Alison Croome
19 years assessment and development experience. Alison is accredited in behavioural observation, and trained to give feedback using a range of psychometric tools (BPS Level A & B). Skilled in graduate interviewing and assessment in a number of blue chip organisations and attending milk rounds. Clients include: Rover, Akzo Nobel, Philips, Rover, Bayer, Astra Zeneca, Microsoft, Tesco, RBS, Network Rail, UNICEF
Deborah Deary
8 years assessment and simulation design experience. Deb is accredited in behavioural observation and assessment. Trained to feed back motivational, personality and behavioural data and instructs people in behavioural observation. She has designed a wide variety of assessment and development centres. Clients include: GSK, BT, Microsoft, National Express, Network Rail, Asda, career advice and outsourcing through Penna, private graduate clients
Roger Grennan
Over 5 years assessment, career management and recruitment experience. Roger has a background in recruitment and career counselling. Accredited in behavioural observation and assessment with distinction. Trained to feed back motivational, personality and behavioural data, he is a qualified career counsellor and executive/life coach and a master NLP practitioner. Clients include: A&L Goodbody, GSK, KPMG, Microsoft, Network Rail and a number of small and medium sized clients.
Susan Kashyap
An HR specialist who provides design and delivery solutions around Assessment and Development Centres, Competency Frameworks and Management Development Programmes. Clients include: The United Nations, EOn, LloydsTSB, and Birmingham City Council.
Birthe Mester
6 years assessment and simulation design experience and 15 years of facilitation. Birthe is accredited with distinction on behavioural observation and assessment and trained to feed back motivational, personality and behavioural data. Regularly instructs people in behavioural observation and has designed a wide variety of assessment and development centres. Rachel Whitfield
15 years experience of Training, Coaching, Recruitment and HR, the last 7 years working predominantly with graduates.
An accredited coach, NLP Master Practioner and CIPD qualified, Rachel is also qualified to use a range of psychometrics including the Myers Briggs Type Indicator and judges for both the National training awards and National Sales Awards.
