Diana Soltmann is Chief Executive of Flagship Consulting, an award winning business-to-business communications consultancy. She studied psychology at University and went on to complete a postgraduate degree at the LSE in Human Resources. She began her career in Public Relations at Good Relations and then started Flagship Consulting in 1994.

She has advised on communication strategy at board level where she also specialises in media presentation and interview coaching. Her clients have included HMS Prison Service, The Confederation of British Industry, Linklaters, SJ Berwin, Jones Lang LaSalle, Mobil Gas, The Disney Channel, Miller Insurance, Pacific Life Re, The BBC, UK Gold and UK Living.

She is also a qualified and accredited senior executive coach and has worked with clients from Mars, Arcadia, Goldman Sachs and other leading blue chip companies.
 

Barrie Hinton is a former Director of HR within an international brewing company where he managed the Graduate recruitment process including Assessment Centres. He also ran Management Development and Succession Planning. Barrie’s team won a National Training Award and his work in HR has been case studied and published by a number of UK Government Departments and the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. His enthusiasm for helping people to do well in their careers led to Barrie writing a series of popular e-books on how to succeed at the various stages of the recruitment process.

In executive search his clients have included a range of blue-chip companies such as Shell, Novartis, Siemens and Tesco.

Barrie holds an MBA and has tutored for the CBI and the Open University Business School. Barrie is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, a Member of the Institute of Management Services and a Member of The Chartered Institute of Marketing.
 

Tim Stephenson is Chairman of Stephenson & Co, a leading niche executive search firm that specialises in filling Board appointments in the financial services sector. He started his career in the Army where he spent 7 years with the Welsh Guards. He then joined Gallahers where held a number of senior Production and Human Resource appointments and was a founder member for the Board Of The Labours Relations Agency (ACAS) for Northern Ireland. He was later Chief Executive of Grafton Inc, a specialist supplier to the IT industry, which was sold in 1986.

Tim has had extensive experience in the search and selection industry and has advised and counselled on career development at all levels. His network of contacts is formidable and his clients include FTSE 100 financial companies, leading professional services firms and not-for profit organisations.
