What will l learn on the training programme?

You will learn:

    Interview

  • how to complete an online application form to the standard required, and the key words that your application form MUST contain if you are to reach the next stage
  • to complete online numerical and verbal reasoning tests
  • the behaviours and competencies that you must demonstrate to your target graduate employer
  • telephone interview techniques
  • to be comfortable in the Assessment Centre environment
  • how others evaluate your performance and, even more importantly, how to evaluate your own performance and how to rectify any mistakes or failings

And you will learn all of this in a safe environment where you can practise what is required without the risk of losing a job opportunity with a top paying, “Top 100″ graduate employer.

What will l do on the training programme?

You will:

  • complete an online application form and receive feedback on it. (Some 80% of applicants fail at the online application stage)
  • complete online tests of your verbal and numerical reasoning skills and receive feedback on them. You need to do well on these tests to get to the interview stage.
  • attend a one day Assessment Centre where you will take part in the full Assessment Centre process. The Assessment Centre will include group discussion exercises, a case study, a presentation, a competency based interview and a fact finding exercise.
  • receive feedback and suggestions for necessary development actions.

Where will the training programmes be held?

Our Assessment Centre courses normally take place at Eynsham Hall, a Grade II listed manor house set in 30 acres of beautiful gardens and parkland close to Oxford. Eynsham Hall has a purpose-built assessment and development centre within its grounds. The hotel offers preferential rates for course participants who wish to book comfortable accommodation for the night before or the night following the course.

How much does the course cost?

The cost of the one day Assessment Centre training programme is £995.00 plus VAT per person. This covers all tuition and course materials including a set of our e-books. The price includes lunch and refreshments during the event (except for bar drinks). The course starts at 8am and ends at 6pm. If you need accommodation before and/or after the course, it will be your responsibility to arrange this; however, Eynsham Hall offers preferential rates to course participants.

How can l and a friend get our training absolutely FREE?

Just get a party of 12 people including yourself to attend a course together and we’ll give you two places FREE! We will run a special course for you and your friends and we will only charge you for 10 places So, either you and one of your friends can attend the training completely free – or of course you can choose to share the £1990 saving among all 12 of you.
