Why Us?
What does Graduate2Success offer that’s different from what universities offer their graduates – and why should you pay for it?
What Universities Do
- take you through career choices that your degree has opened up for you
- help you decide which direction you want your future career to go in
- suggest career opportunities of which you might not have been aware
- offer you access to internet facilities, CV workshops, coaching on interview techniques, and help with filling in job application forms
- most university careers departments are staffed by academics with limited experience of working in major businesses
- whilst university careers departments provide some useful resources, it is rather like learning the Highway Code and then finding yourself driving on the M25 at rush hour.
What We Do
- provide a one day Assessment Centre training programme that mirrors those used by the Top 100 graduate employers
- you will take part in group discussion exercises, a case study, a presentation, a competency based interview, a fact finding exercise and other exercises
- the ratio of trainees to consultants on the course will ensure that you receive individual attention and valuable feedback on your performance
- your performance will be evaluated and we will show you how to rectify any mistakes or failings
- you will learn the behaviours and competencies that you must demonstrate to your target graduate employer
- you will learn to be comfortable in the Assessment Centre environment
- you will be properly trained in a safe environment before you go for the job you really want
- we provide opportunities for you to meet representatives from Industry, the Professions and the City, and to hear what they have to say
- ALL our consultants are business professionals and HR consultants experienced in the recruitment processes used by the top 100 graduate employers
- we have worked with many top graduate employers to help develop their recruitment processes
- our Assessment Centre is a premium training programme, which we believe is unique in its quality and excellent value for money
Remember: deciding that you DON’T need our training programme could cost you £12,000 in the first year and over £1million over the course of your career!
Estimates, quoted on a Russell Group website, show the cost of putting a candidate through a full Assessment Centre at about £3,000. So, why do employers go to all this expense?
